players. Lacrosse goggles can be purchased at most major sporting
goods stores and from a number of on-line lacrosse retailers. As always,
mouthguards are also required protective gear.
To sign up, please send in this form with the fee!
To register for the
league please complete all information on page 2 and send with your $60
registration fee in the form of a check made out to “BWLA” to:
24 Payne Road
Newton , MA 02461
The registration deadline is April 16, 2008
. After that date registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis. If
the teams are full a wait-list will be started. Your check must accompany this
form – it will not be deposited unless you are placed on a team. No one will be
placed on a team without having sent in the form and payment. If you would like
to play with certain other players please make a note of their names on the
form – we will do our best to accommodate all requests. An email will
be sent by April 27 with your team assignments. If you have any
